Khushi's Seduction Trap (By Arshi Advocates) (Thanked: 6 times)

Hello fellow Arshi fans:

Words fail us to describe today’s episode. Yet another brilliant thoughts and emotions and feelings provoking episode provided by the cv’s. Our hat’s off to the cv’s, Sanaya Irani, Barun Sobti and of course, Abhaas Mehta for their oustandting performances. We had romance, mystery, adventure, suspense, you name it in today’s episode. A lot of our questions from the last two days were also answered, as well as our guesses being proven true.

Well onto the episode analysis:

Visit to the ruse Mr Roy:

Well geez, at least we know that he is the dodgy Roy; we were concerned that if the real Mr Roy looked anything like that, there was no hope for Lawyers! Hehehe.

We see Khushi turn back and come to Sicko, she manages to get him to figuratively trip over his feet when she says that she wants him to come to the Lawyer’s office as the lawyer wants some papers signed for some property. The expression on Sicko’s face is classic! Stroke his ego as much as you can honey; loved when Khushi said the following: “I thought you would know more about it; you are good at these things. I need your help.” – all these are seriously boosting his ego to seventh heaven! Then in the end when he cannot seem to get over the shock, she demands if he will help her! Go girl!

Sicko tells Anjali he is leaving, and Anjali comes down to close the door, however as she closes the door, she sees Khushi and Sicko leaving together. She hears Sicko say “let’s go quickly Khushi”, so now Anjali’s radar is burning hot probably! Hopefully! ....well we can dream! But the fact that she wonders about the fact that he told her that he was going to meet a client and that Khushi was supposed to have left a little while ago, gives us hope for this time, :

however, this also makes us a little anxious.

Two points here

1. Will Anjali misunderstand Khushi, thus driving a wedge between Arnav and Khushi?

2. Will she get angry at Arnav for not telling her and therefore there will be a wedge between Arnav and Anjali?

But we hope they do not go down this route, as it’s typical, but if they do, it will be interesting.

At the Lawyer’s office, we see Khushi and Sicko sitting there and the lawyer hands over the papers to sign. Khushi pretends to be worried of signing them; she casts glances at Sicko who encourages her to sign, and so she does so.

Oh our dear Khushi! What have you done? What have you signed? This is really worrying; hopefully he won’t end up landing you in anymore trouble. Arnav will realize that this just cannot be!

We see the Ruse Mr Roy and Sicko share a look; not sure why seeing as they are being played at their own game, but what the heck, you guys go ahead and look at each other!

One test passed second to go:

Khushi is offered tea that she rejects, and Sicko tries to give her the said tea again which she rejects again. He also tries to ask her why she is upset, everyone will pick up on this blah-di-bhah.

Khushi tries to pretend that she does not want to rely on him – good step sweetheart; don’t go to him, make him bask in his ego and let him think that you need his help. Makes your life a hell lot easier – he goes on to say “somewhere in your heart you know you need my help”, yeah right! Keep dreaming mate!

He then poses the post crucial statement: “as much as I thought or as much as I knew you, I never knew that you could get this angry.” What a good job Khushi has done of acting, convincing Sicko. Always knew she had it in her.

This frazzled Khushi. We suppose it’s hard for one person who hates to fake things to continuously do so, but she does manage it with flying colours and replies that when he has managed to destroy my life, this much anger is acceptable.

Why has she not mentioned the phone!!!

Sicko has only one thing in mind, “if you’re so angry, then why did you not inform me of the phone call?” he thinks to himself.

She says that “Arnav is kidnapped. I cannot tell anyone. I want to know what these guys want.” Sicko says “do you know who they are or do you suspect anyone?” and she says “no, but all of this kidnapping crap has managed to destroy my plan of getting my hands on his wealth and destroy him!” (Ok so she didn’t say crap).

Note she says two important things that she is adamant she will do, but she does it in a way that even Skunky cannot pick up on it:

1. “I will not let Arnav be hurt.

2. My one mistake will mess up my entire plan.”

She understands the gravity of the situation very well, realizing that one mistake from her and it could all go terribly wrong. She is now thinking with her head only to get her through this, keeping her emotions in check. So here is her warning to Sicko, that “you might have him, but I will use all my powers to ensure he is not hurt, I will not let a single mistake happen, as this will have dire consequences.” Sicko’s light bulb lighted up here, but then Khushi once again decided to stroke his ego by telling him the answer to the question/statement in his mind about why she had not informed him of the phone call.

“Even today when he phoned, I could not understand what he was trying to say, but the phone cut off at the crucial time.” and then to make it even more lovely and heart-warming for us she says, “what are you staring at, what have I done wrong? You cannot look at me like that, not when you have been messing about with the whole family.” That’s the way to go, love you Khushi! Don’t let him pick up on the fact that you have just told him you won’t let anything happen to her Arnav ji!!!

The final step to stroking his ego for today!

She says that “I was never like this; I sometimes feel I am no longer that Khushi, he made me like this. I will have to become selfish now for my family, and for this, I, Khushi, have to change.”

She then says “you would not understand, and why am I telling you all this?” to Sicko, who then says that “somewhere even you understand that....”but before he can complete it she says “you? I hate you just as much as him.” She then says something but means something else.

She says “there is no difference between you and him”, meaning that Arnav is way above Skunky and Sicko is just a load of crap.

He thinks she has insulted him by saying that he is like him, so grabs her wrist, he says “ how can you say that when all Arnav has ever done is give you pain, whereas I have only ever loved you”. Tsk tsk! Sicko, for her, although, Arnav gave her pain he also gave her happiness he is her love, he is her life.

Anyway he tells her to think of him for once.

But, she does something so beautiful that even our hearts are singing praises to her. She starts to walk off and looks over at him as if considering and then leaves. Sicko has a flashback of when she walks away from him in the beginning, and he has a ray of hope burning in his heart, that he has a chance with her. Hip hip hooray!!!!! He cannot believe that this is the same Khushi. He cannot believe that this is Khushi, who is saying all this – I wonder if he is getting seduced by the fact that she is turning more like him. Would make his life a whole lot easier, would it not have been better. He actually thinks that she is thinking about him. Dufus! Delusional idiotic bafoon!!!

What she has done is classic; she has wooed him with what he wants (that is her) so that now his focus will be on her; he will let her in on the plan or at least get clumsy with his plans so that she finds Arnav.

Also, note, some fans have mentioned that Sicko is doing similar scenes to Arnav, the grabbing the wrist, shoulders etc, please note this is done deliberately to make us viewers realise that even when she did not want Arnav to touch her, she never abhorred his touch, she was always pulled towards him. In the case of Sicko, she always felt a dislike for him, did not like him touching her. Even now, she is sickened by it. So honestly speaking, we think this is one trick CV’s have used effectively to show Khushi’s reaction to two different people and their behaviour patterns.

Planning and luck go a long way:

Khushi walks in, and NK is there – we are let in on what happened on Friday night, first she says that she told Sicko everything; it’s not like he doesn’t know, and seeing as he plans everything. She then says that “however, now his trust in me has increased.” Now NK, confused says “what’s all this” and she completes the sentence saying it happened according to the plan. We then see what happened throughout Friday:

- Nk and Khushi planned to set Sicko up; NK made sure that Sicko and Anjali were in the room – she deliberately got money from Anjali within Sicko’s vicinity and set him up to have him see Khushi giving money to that guy.

- NK paid off the guy that pretended he would get Arnav’s forged signatures.

- Khushi heard the bells and train sounds in Anjali’s room (special mention to Hum, you were absolutely right, I agreed with you, but you deserve a mention here and so does Samona!) and she then asks Di about the sounds and Di says that Sicko gave her the wrong tape for some reason. This clues Khushi into the fact that Sicko is trying to set her up. She remembers the noises she heard when she was talking to Arnav and realizes that the background noises are all a set up from Sicko and that it’s all a lie.

- She talks and discusses it with NK and then she tells him also about the lawyer and tells him something is wrong. She then says she knows what to do and goes. NK is left confused.

- We see her saying to Sicko “come with me.”

NK poses the question that bro in law might use the papers to harm Arnav, to which Khushi says “no, as I have already met Mr Roy and this is not him” (Well done Yaman and Rupal, you reminded us about her already knowing who he was!). She says that he cannot do anything to Arnav, yes your right he cannot, but he might just land you in a pile of volcanic crap!

We then see Khushi’s conscience playing up and she says “we have to get the money back to Anjali, and I don’t want, at least, this one lie to continue.” We then see her concern for finding Arnav; she cannot bear to be without Arnav and she cannot bear the fact that she has to be in close contact with Sicko – seems like NK might know the whole truth, otherwise would he not question the disgust? But instead we see him placing a consoling hand on her shoulder, offering her comfort, and strength, and to let her know that she is not alone and that he is there to help her.

NK calms her down saying “we have taken the first step. Sicko will take us to Arnav and our plan will work.” Let’s hope so NK, coz we are so waiting for the ride!

To be continued...

Khushi's Seduction Trap (By Arshi Advocates) (Thanked: 11 times)

Sicko basks in his self-made glory by Rashdah:

I sit on the chair so smug and sure

Everything is so perfect

What could I want more?

I am so smart and fast

My plan was so sure to work

You took so long

But still I hit the mark

I saw in your eyes what I so wanted to see

I saw a glimmer of hope

To the road to your heart

I will give you wealth, love and care

I will get you your dreams and your revenge

Arnav will be gone

Oh Khushi

I will be near you,

I will be yours

Until my self-glorified ass

Is burnt to hell by you!

Right, kudos to Abhaas, what brilliant acting, the more we praise him, the less we give him justice; this is one guy we can so hate. We do want him to continue in the show, as he brings a vitality to the show. We mean, who did not feel like ripping him to shreds today? To slice and dice him and to actually physically harm him? That’s how good Abhaas is.

Yes he is obsessed with Khushi; yes he fancies her. What he does not realize is that he has to draw the line, and instead he is greedy, wanting the wealth and Khushi, everything. We wonder, when he cannot get the wealth, will he still continue to try for Khushi?

Teri meri, Meri teri dance:

Khushi stands near the pool dreaming of Arnav; she looks at her parents in the sky, maybe willing them to help her? She remembers the moments she shared with him on Diwali night:

- When he tied the anklet around her ankle; just before this she had twisted her ankle and they had shared a passionate moment, when he clicked it into place but had that uff! So full of double meaning sentence, saying “this will hurt.”

- The time when he had given into his passion, pursued her, cornering her into the corner to kiss her, and they got interrupted. Damn it! We are still annoyed about that.

- When he kisses her near the pool, saying to her “can you do what I can do?”

Note all these moments are their most passionate moments, and they are near the pool, and we wonder whether that’s where he will finally try and make her his? Well, not try, actually do the blinking job!

We have a strong indication of a heart to heart here, as he remembers her right at that moment; he lifts his head up, worn and tired, thinking of her and only her. He feels the person inside him leave to go to his Khushi. He imagines himself waiting for her and she comes to him. So note, although he is dreaming, it is his soul in effect that has left his body to find his Khushi. His soul seeks her.

Once again, please note that he has not thought of his Di even once, while in captivity. The same Di, for whom he would give up his life, let alone his Khushi. In all this time being held hostage, he has only one person on his mind and that is his Khushi. Makes us wonder if Khushi now means more to him than Anjali.

This has to be the most seductive of all the dances we have seen, this is him willingly imagining her before him to romance, course the poor guy’s hormones must be raging to hell and back. Anyway seeing as this is a romantic bit we will try and do it justice like this:

We see a forlorn Arnav, tired and weary against the wall, the soul within him wants to go to his Khushi, to be with her, to rest in her arms. He imagines himself with her, wearing a white flowing shirt and white trousers. He is enthralled by what he sees before him, his Khushi, her dupaata flowing. She is in a lengha, a short choli, her stomach bare. He wants his hands on her; he wants her against him. He cannot bear to be away from her. She looks at him and smiles, “I am here, I am all yours.” They walk towards each other, their eyes talking, their bodies craving. He tells her that “our love story is difficult” he wraps his arm around her and jerks her forward against him, the passion is burning, his eyes are drinking her in. “We have been separated from each other when we are made for each other” he comes up behind her and once again slides his hand around her midriff, her eyes close at his touch; his touch always makes her breathless. He turns her around whilst she goes to grip his face, but walks away.

As she leaves, she turns back and sees the longing in his eyes; she yearns to be with him; the magnet that he is; and he pulls her towards him with his eyes, which burn with desire and love. “I gave you my heart, I found the world”.

Mesmerized she walks back to him, standing before him “I never knew we would be apart by miles Oh god, why did you show me such a dream if in reality you were going to break it?” He goes to touch her face but she disappears. He looks for her but cannot find her; his hands are empty of her. She comes running back to him and hugs him from the back; holding him tight, not wanting to let go of him. She repeats, “we were separated from each other when we were made for each other” and they hug, with him holding her from the head and the bare back. He holds her close, wanting to keep her there. They stare at each other, whilst we hear “my story and yours is strange” we then see Arnav say “our moments have been the strangest they cannot be expressed in words” he then sees her disappear, and he is standing there, bereft, without her, lonely and heartbroken. We see Arnav open his eyes, realising that it was not a dream, and he looks for her; and his heart screams out Khushi, and precisely at that moment Khushi had been staring into the water; she hears him and looks up. She runs inside thinking he has come home and looks around. Arnav realizes there is no Khushi and sinks his head into his lap. Khushi fervently looks for him but realizes she only heard him, in her heart and mind; despair filling her and with eyes filled with tears, looks down.

We have a few points to make here:

1. There was emphasis on the heart to heart connection; they think of each other at the same time and their souls try to reach each other.

2. The song itself explains how tough it has been for both of them, and they both realize they are made for each other but forces stop them from being together.

3. Khushi leaving him, has been shown three times here, and there is a possible indication that there might be a MU on her part; leading to her being away from him (whether by being shot or by her leaving him we do not know).

Also note, the teri meri song is a reflection of their feelings, but also, CV’s were clever not to use another song, because this song is what connected the two of them, and In the case of Arnav, it makes sense, because he is not the filmy type, so his connection to her would be through this song, also he realises the words are apt for him and Khushi, hence what he day dreams is in a way his reality.

Colour symbolism:

Arnav is dressed in all white and Khushi partially in white:- White is associated with pureness, innocence, angel, protector. White as the driven snow - pure, clean, innocent; both Khushi and Arnav are all of these in their own rights. They are innocent in their love, trapped by someone else. They have a pureness of feelings for each other and they want to protect each other. The dream itself is pure love, it is innocent and natural and the white reflects this.

- White knight - someone who comes to another person's rescue; someone perceived as being good, noble. White knight is usually said to be the man, in this case, we think it applies to both, and in this case applies more to Khushi as she is attempting to save him. Did apply to Arnav when he saved her at the barn.

- White we think might also reflect the opening of his eyes, thus the truth will now be coming before him.

Khushi is in blue:

You have deep feelings. You are intelligent and self-reliant. You are willing to take responsibility and make decisions. You may need to surround yourself with peace and affection to avoid depression. Khushi is all of these, and it is these things that will help her to overcome Skunky and be successful.

Also interesting to note is the following:

Just as seeing red alludes to the strong emotions invoked by the color red, feeling blue or getting the blues represents the extremes of the calm feelings associated with this color, i.e. sadness or depression, lack of strong (violent) emotion. This can be an indication of sadness, the one that is yet to come, the fact that she will walk away from him, knowing she loves him, or she will withdraw into herself because she thinks he misunderstood her once again (although not sure he will misunderstand her or whether she will think he will misunderstand her – we like the idea that he will pretend to believe Sicko, but know Khushi is innocent, but Khushi thinks that he has once again misunderstood her!)

Finally we leave you with the following poem:

How Will You Kiss?

by Judith Pordon

How Will You Kiss?

Lilt me your lips,

our lost breath intermingling.

Synchronize our silence

as lazy hours ease by.

Waft cocoa, hazelnut, cinnamon,

scents around me.

Tremble with me

in paralyzing pauses.

I may no longer breathe

without breathing you.

Precap: Precap was so amazed by Khushi’s acting abilities, that Precap forgot to report to works, and is still standing in the same spot staring in wonder and awe at Khushi.

Till the next time...
